No joke! I have never had flooding before, he was calm, confident and reassuring that he would take care of the problem- and he did fix everything. His crew worked so hard to remove carpet, furniture and miscellaneous items that filled a 10 foot dumpster - on New Years Eve!! It was cold and drizzling to make things even worse. They even mopped my floor where they hauled stuff up fron the basement before they left!! I have told all friends & relatives about UNITED WATER RESTORATION OF Downriver if they need the service.
